Looking for a keeper league

I'm looking for a league where the quality of owners is consistent among all the owners. I'm disgruntled with my current AL-only 5x5 league that I have been in for 2 years. Alarm bells were ringing before I joined but friends asked me to join. I will stay in that league and remain active but I need another outlet to be satisfied.

Requirements:
* evidence of active owners and consistent level of competence among owners
* Must be able to review league rules and transaction/trade history back to beg. of 2007 (just to make sure there's nothing I'll regret)
* Daily or weekly moves
* 5x5
* keeper league of some kind
* reserve lists of at least 5
* IR list of at least 5
* money league
* deep league: ie at least 250 players for AL/NL-only for 500 players for ML)

Preferences (not required):
* Daily moves
* auction preferred but draft okay. I am in Kitchener - Waterloo area of Ontario
* AL only
* starting for 2009 season
