when does baseball america's list come out?

the last of the 6 divisions (NL WEST) is coming out in the print edition this week...top 100 should be two issues from now but can be found a tad earlier on line

Hasn't the prospects book been mailed? Wouldn't the top 100 be in that? Or do they just do the 31 profiles/rankings for each team? And I'm running out to the mailbox to see if mine has come yet.

IN today's ESPN chat, Callis said the Top 100 should be posted around Feb 19. I dont think the Top 100 is in the Prospect Handbook, but the personal top 50's of the guys that the Top 100 is a composite of is in it, so you can probably figure it out from that.

Last years top 100 was posted on Feb 25... so I would suspect about that time again this year.
