Need keeper help. WHIR

Postby buehrle56 » Mon Feb 02, 2009 3:19 pm

With the deadline to select keeers approaching, I'm at a loss. So I thought I'd come here for help. It's a standard 5x5 10 team H2H league with 5 keepers.

My options are: G. Soto, M. Tiexiera, B. Roberts, J. Rollins, E. Longoria, J. Hamilton, M. Holliday, A. Gonzalez, C. Hart, M. Kemp, C.hamels, and T. Lincecum.

Any and all thought woud be appreciated. WHIR
Thanks

Wow ur team is loaded haha!

Mine would be Tex, Rollins, Hamilton, Longoria, then between hamels and lincecum, and tiny tim is the better pitcher, but has some shoulder concerns after his last season with all those pitches, also hamels will have more wins because he is on a better hitting team, so its really close but lincecum and his k's takes it for me :-D

if ya can:

IK usually don't do this, but with this team I cant help it. Don't keep any pitchers keep TEX,Rollins,Longoria, Hamilton, Holliday. This will give you a top 3 offense in your league and with 3-4 solid draft picks you will make it the best again. Then there will be plenty of pitchers to jump on again. GREAT TEAM

Tex, Rollins, Hamilton, Longoria, and Lincecum.

Hamels if you want the safer bet, Lincecum if you want the the best pitcher in baseball next year.

It is so tempting to keep Lincecum or Hamels but I think you have to think offense here as you have 5 studs on offense to keep...Rollins, Tex, Holliday, Hamilton, Longoria. You can draft good pitching.

please help

I would go with all hitters like suggested, or swap Lincecum for Holliday if you want a pitcher. I'd be a good keep either way.
Without ME it would just be AWESO.

I'd keep:
Tex
Rollins
Hamilton
Holliday
Timmy

I think you need to keep at least one of your stud pitchers

i'm a fan of keeping hitters, teix, rollins, longoria, holliday, hamilton. i'd take lince over holliday if you want one stud SP. If you really want a second then hamels over hamilton.
