best 15 minor league keepers

All of the following players still have eligibility remaining in our minor league system. Which of the players listed would be the best long term keepers? I've got to let 6 go back into the draft at the end of the week. thanks for any and all help!

I was thinking of letting Towles, Borbon, Donald, Friedrich, Odorizzi and Niese all go back. thoughts

I'd consider keeping Towles and see what he does this season before dumping him.

Personally I like Donald more than Brignac and Valaika. But they probably have similar value at this point. How many teams in your league? Because I don't see any of them being legitimate starters in a 12 team league at their peak.

Clayton Richard doesn't do alot for me either.

And Borbon's 53 SB's should make that list. I really don't see why he isn't on the list. He's got a low K rate so he should be able to hit .290+ and he's steals alot of bases.

I'd drop Ramirez (won't stay at C), Valaika (not a MLB SS), Odorizzi, Richard, Donald, & Friedrich
