As someone who's watched both of them play so many times that I'm fairly sure it's entirely unhealthy somehow, I'd take Hardy with ease. His plate discipline continues to improve, leading to improved pitch selection, which has allowed his above average power to show through. He has 50 HR the last 2 years, a nice number for a SS. I think expecting .280/25/85 with ~80 runs is very fair, with the chance to play even a bit better. Of course he doesn't give you speed. Weeks will give you the SB, and he still has that ever elusive potential of breaking out, but if he doesn't you could be looking at another .250/15/50 type year with ~90 runs and ~20 SB. Weeks has a much higher ceiling but a much lower floor. Given that Hardy is cheaper on top of it all, it's a no brainer to me.
