As you can see, my OF is insane, but after Schmidt and Colon my pitching is not great. What should I do?

Actually, I think your pitching is good. I would maybe look to upgrade either 2b or SS. Polanco is ok, but you can get better and who really knows on Matsui yet. Maybe trade B. Giles for a middle infielder and put Phelps at Util. That would be my only advice.
