Yes. As in yes you are crazy at least for that deal. Webb is one of the best SP out there which means you should be able to get a stud hitter in return. Anything less than that and you are losing out in the deal.

Nope, not crazy - I'd move Webb for Lee/Hart & I don't think you would be giving much more than 15-20 Ks between Webb & Lee.

You could do better in trading Webb. The deal is ok for your team with the pitchers you have so it is worth considering. Would I do it? Not sure, I know I'd be looking for the best offer out there though.

No way would I do that deal. Webb is your anchor (although Halladay is solid as well), and is still relatively young for a dynasty league. Lee is a total wildcard, and I wouldn't count on anything close to a repeat. He doesn't miss any bats, and has had just as many miserable years as good ones. Hart is decent, but isn't much of an upgrade over Ethier, who is 27 and absolutely raked in the second half last year. If you want to deal Webb, I'd look for a lot more than that.

I agree -- Hart is not enough of an upgrade over Ethier to make the deal.
Be excellent to each other.

if i'm giving up the best play in the deal i'm expecting more than this in return, i'd hold off unless you can get a better offer.

I'm on the fence about the deal. I really don't care for Cliff Lee, but do think Corey Hart is being grossly undervalued coming into this season. This time last year the cafe was salivating over Corey Hart and 30-30 potential, and I still think he has that type of talent. I would consider doing this deal and then flipping Cliff Lee while his value is still high. I'd also shop Webb a little bit and see if you get anyone willing to bend over backwards to deal for him, if not, consider doing this deal, and not only flipping Lee, but possibly moving Ethier too, they should net quite a solid return together, while you take advantage of a buy low opportunity on Hart. If you have a second, I could use some help on mine, thanks in advance.

it really all depends what you think about cliff lee. im not a believer personally, but if you feel he's legit, then you essentially get the better pitcher and a free hitter.

i dont see the need in your offense for having to move webb, i mean if u were to get a stud in return with a decent pitcher i might do it, but i think i would just stay put for now, alot of people don't see lee doing what he did last year where as webb is as consistent as they come in terms of aces, so it would be a gamble if u traded, but i dont think your hitting is lacking that much :-D
