shields and arredondo are pretty much a wash, both should post very similar holds, ERA, and strikeout numbers. i personally dont like aaron cook much, aside from winning 16 games last year, he didnt do much. his ERA, BAA, K'S, and WHIP were right on with his previous career averages, so it wouldent be surprising to see him finish with a .500 record for the year. magglio's the best player in the deal, but is on the decline. soo choo is very hard to predict. his always done well in the minors, although his power numbers from last year were most likely a little high, hes more of a 20ish HR a year guy. bell should have a very good season as closer.
overall, youre better off keeping the guys you have (at least i think so) and you end up saving around 3-4 mil in salary by doing so
I think it could be restructured in your favor, but I dont know his team. Shields is Hamelesque. Shoo-Choo has upside too. Maggs best year is behind him.

I have to agree you save LOT of cash also almost 9 mil for old injury pron Maggs is kinda much.
