get A Rod. lose Webb & Kemp

Postby fast dogs » Sat Jan 31, 2009 4:21 am

5x5 roto. I'd have to keep V Wells instead of trading him for an insignif. draft pick upgrade. bonus here is I'd get 4 years of A Rod, Webb has 2 years left on his contract & Kemp 3. It is so hard to acquire top 10 players and I really had no intentions of ever trading Kemp or Webb. I gotta grab a top 5 guy tho here, right?

I like this deal for you for a couple reasons. One you get the best player, and two he has the most eligible years of being kept. Go for it! Thanks for the help on mine as well.

I would do that deal too. I traded Maggs and Vlad both had two years left to get Miggy Cabrera who has three years left.

Yep. Do that deal.
He once hit a ball between my legs so hard that my center-fielder caught it on the fly backing up against the wall.

If Satch (Paige) and I were pitching on the same team, we would clinch the pennant by July fourth and go fishing until World Series time.
