I just saw the nutritional facts of their subs... I got a Tuna melt there today (and the sub was o.k. at best) and ate it. I ordered the large, and they automatically put on cheese and ?dressing? which was dripping out. Later on some one told me that the tuna melt had these nutritional facts:
Thats right the melt has 2090 calories, 1575 fat calories, 175 grams of fat, 2190 mg of salt.
The equivalent of 46 pieces of bacon. Keep in mind an entire can of tuna (which is 2.5 servings) contains 175 calories.
I took a look at some of the other food and here are some highlights:
The Chicken Caesar salad has 1000 Calories. Quizno's large Veggie sub has 1,220 calories and 75 grams of fat The large Prime Rib Cheesesteak Sub has 1,770 calories and 116 grams of fat (haha coulda guessed)

I have a rule. I don't eat Tuna anywhere but at home; I just don't trust it.
Also, how in the world can a veggie sandwhich have 75 grams of fat? Cheese is the only thing that would have fat on it (that I can think of) and I don't see how it could come close to 75 grams of fat.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...
I don't eat fast food much. It's very unimpressive. I've had Quizno's exactly one time, and that was about three weeks ago. It wasn't anything to write home about. For the equivalent money I could have made a sandwich twice as good at home. So it goes.
according to their website the numbers are somewhat lower, but still very high Small Tuna Melt + cheese + dressing = 750 calories, 55.5 grams of fat Large = 133 fat and 1760 calories still very very bad
