Ludwick/Garza for Ortiz in a keeper?

I've been offered Ludwick (Note: Garza was added later) for Ortiz and not knowing much about Ludwick, I am hesitant. Is this guy for reals? He seemed pretty consistent from month-to-month, but hadn't shown that type of potential in previous years. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.

i dont know what to think of ortiz, but i really wouldnt want him right now in a keeper. you can still do better than this more than likely, but you're on the right path of wanting to rid yourself of ortiz.

I'd be looking to unload Ortiz too... i'm assuming he is also only Utility eligibile in your league which is just another reason to be down on him. That being said, even though Ortiz seems to be on the decline his name value is so high you should be able to get something more for him.

another thing to remember is that ortiz does not have 1b eligibility in standard yahoo leagues.
