Ranking the 2008 Class + Foreign Imports

Hey guys,
I have a minor league draft coming up in a couple weeks, and I wanted to get some different opinions on your top 20 to get in a large Dynasty League.
Most of the current minor leaguers are already on teams so all that is left to choose from is the players in the 2008 draft and foreign imports. Some current minor leaguers left are Pablo Sandoval and Jeremy Jeffress types.
Please just rank how you would pick the 2008 draft class with the addition of players like Dayan Viciedo, Kenshin Kawakami, and Michael Inoa...

I'm not familiar w Dynasty Leagues, but here's how I rank them rt now for roto. My criteria is <=130 MLB AB and <=50 MLB IP, so guys like Sandoval are not included. All of the following are in my top 150 propsects:

1) Alvarez
2) Smoak
3) T. Beckham
4) Hosmer
5) Alonso
6) G. Beckham
7) Hicks
8) Posey
9) Wallace
10) Inoa
11) Matusz
12) M. Perez (not sure whether he was signed during 2008 season or not)
13) Viciedo
14) Cooper
15) J. Marte (again, not sure whether he was signed during 2008 season or not)
16) Kawakami
17) N Soto
18) Skipworth
19) Lawrie
20) Weeks
Also,
21) Montgomery
22) Moore
23) Melville
24) Tazawa
25) Martin

And are guys like Stanton, Morrison, Revere, Dominguez, C. Santana, J. Montero, Freeman, Halman, A. Escobar, Blanks, C. Carter, W. Flores, M. Saunders, Reddick, Coghlan, Noonan, Gamel, J. Zimmerman, Holland, G. Sanchez, Donald, A. Cunningham, D. Jones, Mazzaro, D. Huff available? Most of these were not very high on the prospect radar last year. If Jeffress is available, at least some of these should be, too. I have all of these guys in my top 100. Also, I assume that amateurs and foreign players are not eligible. Else, I would also list Strasburg, G. Green, A. White, Ackley, Crow and Darvish.

I'll throw out some rankings but it's tough to get a read on draftees and esp the intl guys. My preference is for guys that can contribute quicker. This is quickly off the top of my head.

4 Posey
5 Hosmer
6 Wallace
7 T Beckham
8 G Beckham
9 Hicks
10 Matusz
11 Viciedo

Skipworth, Cooper, Weeks, Lawrie and Ethan Martin are among the next players. Inoa could probably be in that mix but I'm hesitant to pick him since he's such an unknown and it will be 5+ yrs until he contributes on your fantasy team. I also don't have a good read on the other intl signings (except Viciedo who I could move down 5+ spots possibly).
