Which of these do you think will be the better fantasy backstop? Opinions on short term and long term would be great. Thanks.

JP (arencibia not ricciardi) hit 27 HRs last yr between high A and AA..he just turned 23 and is a very good defensive C who should see time in TOR in sept w/a goal of a starting job in 2010..seems like a bmolina/ramon rhernandez, type 20HRs .270-ish BA

castro only had 100 or so ABs at low A w/2 HRs and a .275 BA...he did have 22 BBs against 33 Ks..he had a cup o kona coffee in the HWB this fall..he is only 21 and obviously quite a ways away from the bigs..too far away to project

i would lean to JP since he has established a creditable line

I also favor JP as he has already succeeded at AA but he does not walk much and if your league has OBP as a cat I would be surprised to ever see JP get past .310-.320 although his power should help make up for some of that.
