Guys that fit the power speed dynamics include:
Greg Halman - OF SEA - Doesn't get a lot of pub because he plays for the M's, but he is a definite up and comer who will advance quickly.
Colby Rasmus - Decent power and speed, I am not buying his disappointing '08 season as proof he is no longer an elite prospect.
Andrew McCutcheon - OF - PIT - Shows good pop and plus speed, but not completely ready. He'll debut at some point in '09 however
Dexter Fowler - OF - COL - Hitting skills are starting to match the tools, and he has added some pop to the bat as well.
Michael Saunders - Another Mariners OF'er, he gets by with plus bat speed, and has plus speed as well.
Julio Borbon - Speed kills, and this guy has it in spades. He'll be a regular in TX by 2010., no later. However, I wouldn't expect more than 15 HRs from him in any full season until he hits his prime power years
This is a few guys off the top of my head, hope this helps!
