waaay too much emphasis on pitching..that looks like about a 6th or 7th place team in a 12 man league

Not a bad team, but a few comments:

I like Howard/Tex with the corner picks. You set up your power foundation nicely there.

Peavy might be a late 3rd round bargain, but keeping in mind his late-season injury and the fact he'll pitch at the WBC this year, doesn't exactly make me bullish that he'll produce a line more akin to '07. If your relative offensive options where guys like Nick Markakis and Brian Roberts, I'm taking either of the two or a hitter of that value over Peavy.

You got some nice bargains in Sabathia and Drew; don't expect that come draft day.

I think you loaded up well on closers with 4 closers out of the chute. That said, I didn't think you needed to make a slight reach on Brian Wilson, given you had taken K-Rod and Wood already. After all, you had managed to get Francisco and a closer candidate in Fernando Rodney later.

On that point, you might have overestimated the OF depth. Preferably, I'd want youthful talents like Dukes and Maybin to be my #4/5 OF; you have them as #2-3 guys and in a 5-man OF, that's an OF which is surely lacking. So, where you drafted Wood and Wilson, you could find adequate #2-3 OF such as Vernon Wells, Pat Burrell, Lastings Milledge, Jayson Werth, and Andre Ethier.
