i couldnt see the video, but from what i'm gathering Joaquin Phoenix hit 3 HR in a game for the Cubs and David Letterman told him good job? do you guys think it was staged?

I didn't see the part about the 3 HR game for the Cubbies but what I did see was the part where Joaquin told Dave how he wrestled a baby from the clutches of a 17 foot anaconda on the set of Hotel Rwanda and Dave said "Way to Go!" He may have said "Good Job" though.....I don't know if I'm buying it.
