One, most keeper leagues have widely differing rules (salaries, etc.) that enormously influence value.
Two, at this point of the year, every team has a shot at first place and thus, in a bubble, keeper rankings should be fairly similar to non-keeper rankings. I've always found the fantasy team that wishes to sacrifice an entire year for the sake of keeping a player with better long-term value than short- to be somewhat foolish. Only in extremely deep dynasty leagues does that strategy pay dividend.

Agreed. I pretty much just use my redraft rankings...of course I'll default to the younger guys in more cases than I would in a redraft but I wouldn't draft thinking about 3-4+ years down the road. I'm thinking about this year and next...thats about it.
Also have to echo everyone else. Keeper rankings are just normal current season rankings with some common sense. You'll reach more on guys like Bruce and Gallardo and not touch guys like Vlad and Chipper unless they slip too far. If you're keeping guys by a tier or round system, then it's really the same but if there's no restrictions, I'd say only making sure you're drafting long term building blocks in the first 3-4 rounds while still trying to win now at all costs is the best route.
