When will be closer thread open again?

My favorite part of the cafe is the Closer thread. That has gotten me some cheap closers in the past.
When will it return?

Since no one has answered, maybe a better question would have been WILL it return?

Patience grasshopper... The master (that being Havok, not me!) will return when the time is right.

I suspect it will be back when Havok feels the major closer moves of the off season are winding down. With some of the recent signings, I suspect that might be soon.
