I just had my first fantasy roto draft. You start 2 catcher, 5 of, and two utility hitters, and one 1b,2b, 3b,ss (pitchers are not relevant to this question). In my league I ended up with E. Renteria, C. Crawford, and S. Podenski. The rest of my players are low to average on steals. (line up as stands projects out to about 185 steals,based on last years numbers). Am I tying up two many outfileder spots with speed guys. What should I do. Keep them both, trade one now for as much as I can get, or wait try to build up a steals lead and try to trade one later

I'd keep Crawford, he's got more than 1 category potential, and trade Podsednik now before he has his sophomore slump. The guy did nothing in the minors to indicate success of the sort he had last year, so the odds of it continuing are very slim. Someone in your league who is short on speed should be willing to overpay for him.

If someone is willing to give you a good deal for Podsednik than I say deal him. Otherwise just wait and see what you got during the season.

If you have the roster room, I'd keep both, and platoon one of them when you need a speed infusion.
