wasn't dice-k on the DL at some point last year? He definitely didn't throw 200 innings (167)

he was but it was a minute injury to limit his IP (something that was a problem for him in 2007). I love these signing to death, though. Baldelli especially. Smoltz definitly helps round out the roatation, and if Penny grabs a spot Smoltz is more than reliable in the bullpen.

Dice K didn't have 200 innings because he was only lasting 5 innings a game...
