Pavano is going to get hurt in the pre-game stretch.
Might as well bought something nice with that 1.5 mil... not Pavano.

If he signed with Tampa you'd be calling this the steal of the off-season.

Jonny Gomes.
He can pitch better than Pavano.

If he would of signed with the Rays, I would of wondered what mental institution Friedman, Silverman, and Sternberg would turn themselves into.

They only sign injury prone washed up relievers, not starters. Silly h0rt.

I would rather have Smoltz at 5.5mil than Pavano at 1.5mil. Smoltz has a much higher ceiling.

As for the emoticon is it really necessary? Really?

LOL...yeah I will take a future first-ballot HOF'er at any price over the buttock's injury man as well.

Pavano is also the guy that after getting a 4 year, 39.95 million dollar contract from the Yankees, fired his agent. Why you ask would he fire a guy that got him alomost 40M? Well because he was upset apparently that he had to "settle" for 50k less than the round 40M. Man is one huge jerk (actually the word I want to use I can't).

Actualy, in NY, we use the saying we would have been better off taking 40M, putting it on the mound and lighting it on fire.
