any validity to the hanley trade rumors?

There's been whispers about the marlins and redsox talking... i'm doubting anything will happen but wow would i love it... anyone else have any inside info on this?

I was in south Florida for the holidays and the rumors are true, they just don't have legs. The general consensus was that the Red Sox called and asked about Hanley upon which time the Marlins politely hung up the phone before laughing.

Most sources thought that the restructuring on Ramirez' contract would eventually lead to him being dealt, just not this season.

hahaa that marlins; front office is pure evil lol but hanley is a future hall of famer once he hits his power stride in a few seasons in my opinion
