Please make my sig look more "refined"

Please help me out here! I've attached the semi-original PSD (the original PSD was 140 MB and 3300x800 lol) with all the original layers. Obviously I want to remove the Communist imagery and replace it with baseball stuff. All I did was basically google image search "crazy sh*t" because I want it to look surrealist and cartoony at the same time. I'd like to keep those three guys prominently in there somehow, but if the NEATO TORPEDO logo can be placed anywhere at any readable size. Here's my problem: while I have a decent amount of technical skill, my design know-how is crap. If anyone decided to help me, then can you please upload the resulting PSD as well as the image itself?

And one more thing: can some of you established artists upload some of your PSDs, so I can dissect the layers and maybe gain some skill at designing them so I can get in the sig-making game myself?
