Help me assess the team I just took over

Hi all,

I have some initial thoughts on some of the players I just inherited when I picked up another owners team in a 12 team AL.
Really looking for the forums expert opinions on what I have to work with. What to build around, some are straight forward like Kinsler and Gordon, some I am not so sure of. Also which player would be ideal trade candidates for upgrades.

Can keep 12 , 2 Crossovers and 4 minor leaguers.
OBP, OPS for offense and ERA, Ks and Whip the most important statistics for this league.
