Rate my 16 team Dynasty Squad

This is a 16 team dynasty league that does LF/CF/RF and has fixed SP/RP slots. We're going into our fifth year I believe, and last year I finished 3rd after falling a few ERA points short of heading to the championship game.

We also have 10-man minors, which will be filled this offseason.

Keep in mind that this is 6x6 h2h, with holds and walks added. That explains why a guy like Cust has pretty decent value.

C - Jeff Clement
1B - Garrett Atkins
2B - Rickie Weeks
3B - Aramis Ramirez
SS - Jimmy Rollins
LF - Jack Cust
CF - Grady Sizemore
RF - Josh Hamilton
Util - Paul Konerko

BN - Carlos Gomez
BN - Troy Glaus

SP - John Lackey
SP - Felix Hernandez
SP - Roy Oswalt
SP - Kyle Lohse
SP - Zack Greinke
RP - Chris Sampson
RP - Jonathan Papelbon
RP - Brandon Lyon
RP - Scott Linebrink
RP - Matt Lindstrom

BN - Andy Pettitte
BN - Phil Hughes
BN - Homer Bailey

Minors -
Desmond Jennings
Neftali Feliz
Aaron Poreda
Felipe Paulino
Kevin Mulvey
Carlos Carrasco

What do you think? Any suggestions for moves that I should consider? In a 16 teamer, I feel that Papelbon is enough to keep me competitive in saves while letting me do very well in holds. My minors are weak, with Feliz the only real gem, but I feel like I have enough youth in pitching to make up for that.

Konerko is a wildcard, he might bounce back and he might not. If you have someone who is hot on him and maybe try to pick up a chris davis. Carrasco is going to be a stud in your minors, so don't count him out. You have a lot of potential and should do well next year.

That's encouraging you think that about Carrasco, but I've heard some mixed reports on him. He seems destined to be a mid-level, #3-ish type of starter. But it seems like he's got a good chance to reach that level and could do so quickly. In other words, he has a low ceiling and a higher floor. Would any of you agree?

As far as my minors, I'd rank them Feliz - Carrasco - Jennings, with Jennings having more potential than Carrasco. Feliz is the gem of my system, in my opinion. I have Goldstein to thank for him.

I do feel good that I have a sufficient amount of depth. I may try and package some guys, perhaps third base, to try and further upgrade my pitching.
