Would you trade Joe Mauer for Matt Holliday in a keeper league?

Holliday is less of an injury risk.

It would depend on your roster, but I would rather have Holliday in most cases

I would take Holliday pretty easily over Mauer. I know C is kind of slim but Holliday is one of the top OF even with his move to Oakland.

yes and it's not close. first of all i think the move to oakland is being a bit overblown, i don't think it will have as huge as an effect as people seem to believe. also, it's a keeper league, and in a year (if not sooner) holliday will most likely be out of oakland and on a big market team again.

Holliday, easily. No matter how much Holliday is going to regress (I frankly think he really won't fall off that much), he carries much greater upside across the board than Mauer does.

Holliday in a landslide. His numbers will be far and away better than Mauer's. I personally believe Joe Mauer ranks amongst the most overrated fantasy players. I also think the position scarcity at catcher is not what it once was. Guys like McCann, Martin, V-Mart, Soto, Doumit, Iannetta, Sandoval add to what is becoming an increasingly less scarce position. Little help with mine if you don't mind. viewtopic.php?t=364919
