I do like Burnett, but I don't think he's a 'fairly safe bet' for those numbers... he's only had more than 12 wins ONCE and more than 203 K's ONCE... and both were last year... in a contract year. I think he 'could' approach those numbers, but not a safe bet.

No way on either one of these. Keeping Burnett would be borderline stupid over an up-and-comer like Billingsley, especially with him pitching half of his games in the NL West. Jurrjens is young and there is a lot to like about him (article: http://www.drivelinemechanics.com/2008/ ... jair-jurrj). I'd take him over Sonnanstine.
