As far as who I'd keep:
Jay Bruce
Josh Hamilton
Carlos Lee
Brian Roberts
Alfonso Soriano
Shane Victorino
David Wright
Jose Reyes
Felix Hernandez
Yovani Gallardo
I'm not particularly high on Dice-K and so I left him off. I'd try packaging him with any of your other likely keepers for an upgraded keeper.
In agreement here, I also don't think I'd make a deal for Hamels either, although one couldn't fault you for moving one of Lee/Soriano for Hamels.

Hi guys,
Tonight I traded Carlos Lee, Felix, and a pick (2nd rounder) for Cole Hamels, Justin Morneau and a 4th round pick.
I am VERY pleased to come away with a first baseman to fill the hole I had since I gave up Pena (Pena/Figgins/Johan for Reyes) and I was able to add a top of the line starter to replace Johan.
Even though I love Felix, I think coming away this offseason with the following three deals makes my team significantly better.
I traded:
1. Tulo and a 6th for Yovani and a 1st (which I didnt have one of)
2. Johan, Carlos Pena and Figgins for Jose Reyes (I couldn't have kept one of Pena or Figgins probably)
3. Carlos Lee, Felix Hernandez and a 2nd round pick for Cole Hamels and Justin Morneau and a 4th round pick.
Thanks for the help!
