Help finding a league

I (and several friends) am looking to be in a head to head, fantasy point league that also uses a salary cap. He have played in lots of h2h leagues but cannot locate one anywhere which also includes a cap. We have no objection to paying for a site and would prefer the league be private (as we have been playing together as a group for almost a decade now). He would like to add the salary component to spice things up a little.
