I think I lack a little bit in the power categories but am pretty happy about my pitching. What am I missing? thanks.

Well, it would help if you gave us your bench. But as is:

Your weaknesses are a lack of power (as you said), too many injury prone starters, and -well, that's about it. You've got a bunch of closers, which seems to be your strategy, though I think you'd be safe to trade a couple off for some backups for when Larry Walker, Juan Gone, Pudge, and Edmonds go down. In my opinion, you took too many chances. If they all stay healthy, you've got a strong team. But they won't stay healthy. Sorry.

You've got some nice starters. Vaz and Santana should anchor your staff, Webb should be solid, and Contreras and Jackson could be fantastic. You've got enough closers to lock up saves convincingly.

But you've only listed 20 players. I want to see the bench. I hope you have some decent back-ups. What's the matter? Ken Griffey Jr wasn't available?

Anyway, good luck. You'll need to make a number of moves to compete but you've got a nice solid base to work with.

Your team looks good for a 12 team league but seems weak for a 10 team. Pitchin is solid, but offense leaves a lot to be desired.

I disagree. I like your offense a lot. I believe your power will be there. Your top 3 starters are solid, but after them I really don't like your pitching. Especially for a 10 team league.

Well, here's my Bench:
C - Charles Johnson
I found from his split stats that he can HIT at coors and plan to play him when he plays at home.

That's it, that my entire bench and in addition to the first post completes my 21-man roster...

Yes I agree that Larry Walker and Juan Gonzalez are extremely injury prone. I drafted Walker in the 11th round and Juan Gone in the 15th round.

Reasoning for drafting Walker:
I saw an article that he's in terrific shape when he reported to camp and that he worked out over the winter for the first time in his career.

Reasoning for drafting Juan Gone:
I did some excel work and found he had 13.6 AB/HR, ranked 4th among all outfielders behind Bonds, Edmonds and Sosa.

Regarding Ivan Rodriguez:
I think I heard somewhere that they're going to DH him a bit in Detroit so hope that would help him avoid injury

Drop Chacon and pick up Gibbons. You need 1 extra hitter and Gibbons will do the business for ya.

You lack speed... drop johnson and baez and pick-up Bay and Bradley and get them in the starting line-up..

Hmm...I was trying to draft balanced hitters during the draft.
These are the following problems I've heard so far from you guys:

1. Lack of power
Yup, I acknowledge that. I basically used an excel spread sheet and drafted my outfield according to guys that needed the fewest ABs per HR. Edmonds ranked 2nd and Juan Gone ranked 4th for all OF. They're outfielders so I hope to get them replaced by waiver guys if they go down. Although a healthy season from both would be nice.

Walker, I read, was chewed out last year for his lack of dedication, I drafted him after hearing he's in great shape coming into camp and hope the criticism last year worked.

2. Lack of quality starters
Hmm, I thought I did pretty good with Vazquez, Santana, Webb, Contreras.
They all play either on a winner or in a weak division and they all have high strikeout ratios. They all had a 8.5 K/9IP ratio last year and are all supposed to have better win totals this year. There's still a couple guys left on waiver (e.g. Ponson, Sheets, Wakefield, Penny), should I get one of them?

3. Lack of speed
I tried getting 5-tool guys in my lineup rather than base-stealer that sacrifice my OPS points (e.g. Juan Pierre). My steals projections for this year on my 4 main base-stealer:
11 - Ivan Rodriguez
15 - Derek Lee
25 - Orlando Cabrera
38 - Carlos Beltran
89 - Total for the 4

Oh, btw, I dropped Charles Johnson and picked up Gibbons. Guess another guy that has 100 rbi's last year wouldn't hurt! Thanks for the input guys
