Which pitcher?

I have 2 keeper spots I left for my pitchers. I already have Johan for one spot but need one more for the leftover spot. 16 team keeper; h2h points; 5 total keepers. Point system gives a slight edge for innings pitched and complete games. So who should I pick out of these?

I'm a bit biased, but I'd go with Billingsley and wouldn't turn back. Oswalt is the most likely to get you complete games, but I think Bills will be better across the board.
