I'd go Beltre. His numbers are going to blow up in the Cal league. If you don't believe in him, you can always deal him for an upgrade after this happens.

Good advice, though I do like Conger if you really need a C, that said Beltre is likely to get more hype/value. On the pitching side I'll side w/ Main in case you go that route.
