One has to wonder what Boras' plan for Manny is. You WOULD THINK that the Yankees would not sign another big ticket hitter, though who knows. If the Angels are out, like they say, and the rumours of McCourt being too leveraged to spend big are true... Washington?

Give him 120 mil. Why not? Let Matsui sit on the bench. Then I would sign D-Lowe just in case someone goes down in the rotation. And then sign Adam Dunn for a good bat off the bench. Fuentes would look good in pinstripes. Give him 30 mil for 3 yrs. And maybe Sheets at 15 mil for 2 yrs would be a decent reliever.
Welcome back to the division, Yanks. I think I need to go take a long walk.

sadly this is all in the realm of possibility.
Yes it is in the realm of possibilty that they sign Ramirez, Lowe, Dunn, Fuentes, and Sheets.
