alright so basically my starting lineup is set and i was wondering what type of players should i target for the bench, weather i should get speed, power, or pitching depth.

That's a nice looking team. You can use some extra power for sure and that's what I'd focus on. Since you already have Young and Cantu you may want to make sure you try for high average guys when looking for that extra oomph.

Also, since your starters are basically set like you said, now's the time in the draft to look for high upside guys that may not get much playing time yet but could develop into stars sometime soon.

Amazing team. When i have a stud team like that, i grab some breakout stars or comeback players.

I personally think that Francoeur is worth having stashed on the bottom of your bench, as he is a guy who produced 3 good years before last years debacle. Apparently Braves management is willing to give him every chance to get back into his groove, and being in a lineup with the prospect of a middle of the order spot for Francoeur, nestled between Chipper Jones and Brian McCann, is all to appealing if he can earn it. I personally expect a bounce back, but don't expect his BB-K rate to improve any.

while i dont think thats gonna get my right to the top (there are a few teams that went more for offence and spent less time looking for arms) it will definatly keep me closer to the top. so hopefully i can grab some pitchers who can come through for me.
