The only players other then RIos I have are Votto, Liriano, and CLiff Lee. I like RIos better then those 3, I'm just too concerned about Lirianos health
I've tried but nothing has worked out, i tried trading rios, votto, and liriano for either sabathia, haren, markakis, webb, or mccann and have been told that rios isn't any good. ALl of these offers were to teams that imo didnt have 8 keepers. Part of the problem is I have dominated the league for 2 years now so everyone is afraid to trade with me or cautious because I must be ripping them off in some way

Don't just make a trade to make a trade. Sometimes the best move is to do nothing.

Given those players, I would be trying to be on the receiving end of the 1 in a 2-for-1. Try packaging one player you intend to keep, plus one of those guys, for an upgrade over the player you were intending to keep.
Dude you do not need to make a deal, at best try and move Rios and a non-keeper for a single upgrade, but I don't see you getting much more than you have. Nice set of keepers there, are the rest of you league mates over the age of 10.
This is a bad idea. Sizemore and Rios are the first and fourth most valuable players in this deal. However, the gap between Sizemore and the rest is huge. Whereas the gap between Rios and Markakis is minor. Keep what you have and draft pitchers as appropriate in the next few rounds. There should be plenty of opportunity to pick up quality, maybe ace-type pitchers in the latter rounds. Vazquez, Harang, Verlander, etc. all could be aces that are going late this year.....
