To clarify then, initially we would use a player's current contract to set their price. That player could be kept for up to 7 years at that salary. If they are not kept, then they go into the FA pool and their salaries are determined in a FA bidding.
Also, what does PPC, RLC, and FCC stand for alongside the players contracts? (I'm guessing Prospect, real-life, full count contracts?)
No problems on the questions.....yes you are correct,PPC is Prospects,etc......as of the beg of the 09 season,there will be only 125 players w/real life contracts,the rest will be prospects(PPC) or free agent league contracts(FCC)
