Keeper Help WHIR

I play in a ten team points keeper league. Our rules favor strikeout pitchers (young SO pitchers are GOLD). We can use 1250 IP over the course of the year. Closers are also very important as you can start two every night and a save is the same number of points as a win and they don't use many innings. Our league is all about getting the most points per inning. We keep 9 players year to year and we can keep them as long as we want. Here is my roster:

Who should I keep in my last spot? Chris Davis, Ryan Zimmerman, Lastings Milledge, Mariano Rivera, someone else? Or maybe I should keep a different set of guys, what do y'all think?

I would keep Brandon Phillips and quite easily in this spot. I would also probably keep Mariano over Verlander as your base of pitching is already fantastic.

definitely drop verlander to keep phillips and rivera. i'd also probably drop lackey to keep one of chris davis or ryan zimmerman, i rank them pretty close so i think it comes down to personal preference.
