Hmmmm....this is tough, because your two strenth's with current keepers (SP and OF) are also where the top players (in my opinion) reside on your list. So with that said, I'd say your first order of business--if it's allowed in your league--is to trade from a position of strength and try to shore up your middle infield. Getting a top-3 2B or a SS would be huge, imo, as though are the toughest positions to fill with legit talent. Anyway, here's how I'd rank them:

Kazmir (with the rest of your pitchers you can afford the risk)
Upton (I know, crazy. But he's shown power, patience, a .922 post-ASB OPS, and he's 21...the sky's the limit)
Lackey
Martin (HOWEVER: if you keep him, plan on trading him by the ASB...he's worn down every single season he's been in the league. But his first halves have been worth it)
Davis (dude just rakes. I would have ranked him above Martin and Lackey but you already have 1B and UTIL covered)
Abreu
V-Mart
Zimmerman
Hunter
Atkins (these last 5 are all un-inspiring, imo, and could go in just about any order. I'd probably leave Atkins at 10, though, just because he's leveled off and there's a chance he leaves Coors soon).

Good luck...any help here?

because you already have 4 pitchers in 10 keepers, I'd most certainly go with hitters for the next few picks, reguardless of rank. Davis, Zimmerman or 1 of the catchers is how I'd start

Scott Kazmir
Justin Upton
John Lackey
Garret Atkins
Victor Martinez
Chris Davis
Russel Martin
Ryan Zimmerman
Torri Hunter
Bobby Abreu
Zimmerman could move up and Davis could move down. I also had a hard time putting Kazmir on the top. He has the potential but throws too many pitches every game. He scares me some times. He tries to be too cute.

HOOTIE's list is accurate. I also think Atkins is easily number 10.

1- Kazmir- He's a scary good 3 on your team with the potential to post ace like numbers.
2- Davis- I guess I'm one of the people responsible to helping build his hype machine, but his power is for real, I love his ballpark and like his lineup a lot.
3- Upton- It was close between Davis and Upton for me, but I just like the other pieces around Davis more, and think he's just a little more polished, but you could seriously flip a coin on them.
4- Lackey- The guys conistant, and posts good numbers every year. Though wins are variable, it certainly helps having the M's in his division and an owner willing to field a talented and expensive team.
5- Zimmerman- I think he's vastly underrated, and would rather him then the catchers because I just don't like the risk associated with the position.
6- Martin- I like him just a little bit more then V-Mart, mostly due to V-Mart being injured for a huge chunk of the year.
7- V-Mart- Though I don't like drafting premium catchers, I would take both Martin and V-Mart in front of the squad that bring up the rear in this ranking of 10.
8- Abreu- Posted solid numbers last year, pretty consistant, and should end up somewhere that he can hit in a run creating spot in the order.
9- Atkins- You could rank Hunter here, but I think Atkins and Hunter are mediocre, but at least Atkins posted a monster year somewhat recently.
10- Hunter- Just don't see him or Atkins in the same class as the rest of the group.

Hope that helped, and I'd greatly appreciate some help with mine.
