There are a ton more that I would keep over him. Unless you are in a really deep league keeping closers is plain stupid. Look at all the closing jobs open right now. Anybody that does a bit of research and isn't stupid can win the save category in the last six or seven rounds of draft day along with a little bit of waiver wire work during the season.

If its only between Jacoby and Ortiz, I would go with Jacoby no doubt about it. Unlike Ortiz, Jacoby is on his way up. Ortiz has had a decrease in power the last couple of years and hes now 33 (in Dominican Years) so you have to assume that he's starting to break down a little. I dont know if you can expect many more 40 Homerun and 130 RBI seaons from Ortiz. But you can expect some 20 Homerun and 50 Stole Base seaons from Ellsbury.

Thanks for all the help. I did a trade yesterday to move Lidge and make myself a little better (I think).

This is a new league for me and I realized we can keep a 5/3 spread on hitters and pitchers.

Anyway, my new list of keepers are:

Longoria
Rollins
Kinsler - new
Markakis
Ellsbury
Lincecum
Kazmir - new
Wainwright (Had to keep as part of Rollins trade)

I decided to keep Ellsbury, and get Kazmir/Kinsler for Lidge/Ortiz. Did I do ok?!
