I'll be getting the Prospectus also. I use both for fantasy, but Prospectus is more about baseball in general while Forecaster is targeted for fantasy.
Had to laugh at the cover--I always refer to it as the "Bible" and my cohorts have been asking me if I got the "Bible" yet. Got it at work Thursday and sure enough on the cover it says "The Bible of Fanalytics". I made sure I paraded it around showing them the "Bible". (but only the cover)

Speaking of the cover, how is that picture even possible? The runner must be coming in from 3rd base to home, yet the catcher is facing the field? Seriously, go look at it again. It doesn't make any sense.

The catcher is facing the dugout trying to tag the runner. The catcher caught the ball facing the field and turned towards the dugout because the runner is sliding towards the foul side of homeplate.

The catcher was just in such a classic "catching" pose that it looked like something wasnt right.

Yeah, I always griped about the pumped up cost, but if you order direct from Shandler, you get the book about a month before it hits the bookstores and you get the book in electronic form -- pdfs and Excel files. It's worth the extra 8 and half bucks, in my opinion.
