Hi guys or girls first off I would like to say this is my first post. I just got into fantasy baseball this past season and had a great time. I'm in a yahoo keeper league and I was wondering if Miguel Cabrera will have the 3b slot as well as the 1b slot. I know he was pushed to 1b this past season but I'm sure he might play some third to. This would really work out for my infield
1b Texiera
2b Derosa
3b Cabrera
ss Hanley

m-cab started 14 games at 3B last year so he will be eligible next year, yahoo requires 5 games to be started at the position to be eligible. from what i've heard he may play 1B exclusively next year which means he would lose 3B eligibility for 2010, but for this year at least, you're fine.

Welcome to the Cafe, and GF you are spot on top of Mcab's position eligibility. Yahoo 1b/3b in '09.
