harden and hart for BJ upton and Jason Heyward

In a keeper league where I'm unable to keep Harden and want to get a return. I guess the real question is who has better long tem potential Hart or Upton, Upton is slitley more exp to keep.

Scoring is Avg HR R RBI and W+SB and regular 5*5 pitching

i might have made this trade even if you could keep harden. if you can't keep him, i'd definitely jump all over this. i like upton quite a bit more than hart, and jason heyward is a stud prospect.

I'd say Upton has the better future than Hart. I think he has better potential for exceeding 30 SB and if not, he has a fair shot of meeting 25-30 HR's on the side. The better walk rate in BJ's favor also tips the balances.

That said, I'd make the deal for Upton/Heyward.

I like Upton a bit more than Hart. Why can't you keep Harden?

Thanks guys I made the trade. I could not keep Harden for cap reasons and have a strong pitching staff without him.
