It is my last pick and my team is pretty much set with all needs filled. I am just looking for the best pick here and am torn between a few players. Who is my best option?

Even though I'm not a big fan of him I'd go Hawpe. But if you aren't gonna use this player at all or depend on this player I'd go Spahn.

Hawpe if you want a bat, but he better stay in Col.
Ubaldo if you want an arm, and boy what an arm

and I can't believe either of these guys are still around for the pickins

It kinda depends on the depth of your team. If you already have a bit of depth on the offensive side, I'd go with Ubaldo. Otherwise, Hawpe is the obvious choice.
