Jeter and Peralta. Then the decision is tough. I think Young is worth taking a chance on for 1 more year. It may not be the right choice, but if he breaks out this year you'll be glad you kept him. If he doesn't , then you really didn't lose that much. A little risk for a possible reward.
Delmon has the chance to break out and become the player we all hoped he would be. I would take the gamble that he does.
Cantu is a guy that many people don't like, but 25HR and .270+ average from 3B is nothing to sneeze at.
Peralta and Jeter is an interesting debate. Jeter will steal more bases and hit for a higher average, but Peralta will hit for more power. I would take Peralta, but then again, I am not a big Jeter fan, so you could go either way.
Delmon Young is obviously the big wild card here, as I would kick myself if I cut him and this was the year he finally broke out.
I feel like Lowe and Lilly are solid guys who will go in the first couple rounds of the draft, but there are other similar pitchers out there available. Because of his youth though, Slowey makes a very intriguing possibility for me.
