I think you lack some batting average and big time power. Not sure how you can solve that without trading some prospects later on.
He once hit a ball between my legs so hard that my center-fielder caught it on the fly backing up against the wall.

If Satch (Paige) and I were pitching on the same team, we would clinch the pennant by July fourth and go fishing until World Series time.

Nice starting pitching. I see you have no relief pitchers. I would try and get 1 closer. You may have to watch the waiver wire during the season.
Your batters have some speed. A little lacking in power. Not too bad though.
I noticed that you took a chance with Chavez and Johnson on your bench. Time will tell about those guys. I don't think I would get any more players with injury concerns.
Overall I think because of your pitching , you can do pretty well. Not too bad of a team at all.

I'll add that it appears you'll also have a serious lack of rbi & runs to go along with a low ba/hr total. Better start drafting the best players left regardless of position so you'll have something to deal with. Maybe try and load up with whatever closers and closers in waiting that are left, punting saves could be less detrimental than punting hr/rbi/r/ba.
