-give papi what he asked for
-a finished youthful infield

-use almost all of our money
-are stuck with lowell and lugo
-possibly no money for a fourth OF'er
-possibly no money for a sp

personally, i say yes i think it makes our team insanely good.

The Red Sox have enough money to get a 4th OF and an extra SP including Tex.Trading Coco,non-tendering cash and Varitek declining Arby help us to gain cash.I want Tex very badly but it wouldn't be such a blow if we don't get him.With him our Line Up is best in the MLB.Without him we are still up there.We just need to keep him out of the Bronx.Lugo will likely be traded before opening day,and Lowell will probably be traded within a month into the season.Teams need to see if he still has it going after the surgery.All systems go for Tex
