Your catching is weak but the rest of your infield is pretty good. The outfield is solid with good depth and your pitching is decent. However I think you sorely need more pitching depth. Use some of your outfield depth to acquire more pitching and possibly a new catcher.

Trade speed for lots of pitching, for H2H i tend to stack my bench with pitchers and only 1 batter (maybe 2), batters tend to play everyday and offdays are far in between in baseball, while pitchers pitch every 5th day, so you can sub them in all whenever they start (no max innings for h2h).

My pitchers tend to consist of 4 closers, have them in all the time if there is 3 or less starters starting that day.

you have way too much speed, not enough starters and little power. trade a speedster or two for a big time slugger, and look to get another good starter or two

I'd saw offer crawford and bradley to get a better catcher
look for someone that needs speed and is willing to take the milton bradley risk
