Perhaps because it is a pretty bad list. Some questionable inclusions and likely some questionable exclusions. I can name about 20 prospects that have yet to be ranked that deserve to be in the top 50.
Ditto, just thought it could create some discussion and maybe have a Cafè Top 50 Prospect List. If enough people were up for it, I'd manage it and put together a spreadsheet for everyone.

Chacin top 10? As much as I like him, that's just to high.
