Since a few people have said they want to play another Diplomacy game before 2009 and since there are so few people who can mod it, I thought I would volunteer to get one started.

- Number of turns?
- Time between turns?
- Should we randomly selected countries for everyone or randomly select the order again?

If there's going to be a 2009 game I'd like to sit this one out, unless you can't get 7 players, then I'll play.

20 turns seemed a bit long towards the end...
1 turn/day with Saturday off...
random order and pick countries...

- No fixed limit. Play til it's over.

- 2 days for '01 and '02. 1 day per turn starting in '03, with the same weekend setup we had last time.

- Either way.

- Just use the rules in the rulebook. First one to 18 centers wins, or "Players can end the game by agreement before a winner is determined. In this case, all players who still have pieces on the board share equally in a draw."

- Can't really think of anything else.

Gah. Me not being able to mod a game also means I don't really have time to play in a game.
