Dan Szymborski's ZiPS at Baseball ThinkFactory. I bumped up the IP for Bedard to show what he'd look like in a relatively full season and adjusted the W/L and K's proportionally to those projected by ZiPS (again, ZiPS doesn't project playing time - I think Dan just runs a Marcel to get his playing time numbers).

Regarding Bedard, I'm pretty confident in his abilities, but not at all confident about him staying healthy. If your league's point system puts them about even assuming Bedard hits 185 IP, I'm pretty sure I'd take Marmol - much more likely he gets those 87 IP.
